Terms of Service

1. The service

popco audits websites for SEO, AI-search visibility and performance, and uses AI to draft marketing plans, content and fixes. Some capabilities are marked as previews and run on demo data; they may change or be withdrawn. We may improve, change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice before removing a paid feature.

2. Accounts and workspaces

• Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity in your account and workspace, including by members you invite.
• Workspace owners and admins control membership. Plans and quotas apply per workspace.

3. Your content and the websites you submit

You keep all rights to the content you provide and, to the extent the law allows, to the outputs popco generates for you. You grant us the rights needed to host, process and display them in order to provide popco.

Only submit websites and material you are entitled to use. popco crawls publicly accessible pages, identifies itself as a bot and follows robots.txt. You are responsible for how you use competitor or other third-party information.

4. AI output

Output is generated by AI models and can be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to output produced for others. Review it before you publish it, spend money on it or rely on it. popco does not guarantee rankings, traffic, AI-search visibility or any other result.

5. Connected services

Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Popcraft and PopKit are provided under their own terms. You authorize popco to access them within the permissions you grant. Charges from those services, such as Popcraft credits, are between you and them.

6. Plans, billing and renewal

• Plans, prices and quotas are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• You can buy a plan outright for a fixed term, which never charges again, or turn on auto-renew, which charges at the start of each new term until you turn it off. You can turn auto-renew off at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the term you paid for.
• If you upgrade during a term, you pay the difference for the remaining days and the end date stays the same.
• When a plan ends, your brand files, plans and past outputs remain; only execution quotas return to the plan you are on.
• Except as stated in these Terms or required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• If a payment is disputed or reversed, we may suspend paid features until it is resolved.

7. Price changes

• We may change prices — for example because of changes in our costs, in the features included, in taxes, or in the market.
• We will notify you at least 28 days before a new price applies to your subscription.
• Prices never change within a term you have already paid for; a new price applies from your next renewal.
• Price decreases also apply to existing subscriptions, from their next renewal.
• You can turn off auto-renew at any time before a new price applies.
• If you are charged a new, higher price, you can cancel within 14 days of that first charge and receive a pro-rata refund for the unused part of the term.
• Where local law requires your consent to a price increase, we will ask for it; if you do not agree, your subscription ends at the end of the current term.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not use popco to break the law or infringe the rights of others.
• Do not publish spam or deceptive content through connected services.
• Do not try to bypass quotas, security or access controls, or disrupt the service.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer or resell popco, except where the law allows it.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using popco at any time, and workspace owners can delete their workspace. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect users or the service; where reasonable, we will tell you first.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

popco is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to popco is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the effective date above and, for material changes, tell you before they take effect. If you keep using popco after that, you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection laws where you live still apply.
